Shipping Policy

  • We have our presence in all Australian states as we have our active warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth to manage and support your purchases so that your orders reach you quickly and safely.
  • As a general guidance, delivery to all major cities and towns can arrive in 1 or 2 business day. We also operate freight pick up twice a day, at 11:30 am and 4:30 pm.
  • Remote areas could take up to 4 to 5 business days for orders arrival to customers.
  • There is a flat freight of $15.00 inc. GST for all consumable item-purchases.
  • There is fixed freight of $25 inc. GST on all hardware and bulky tech items. This would exclude shipping to remote areas such as Tasmania, NT, far north QLD, regional WA and items over 25kg that may require tailgate for delivery.
  • Customer is responsible to arrange someone at the delivery address to sign and accept the goods at the time of delivery.
  • For re-delivery arrangements, the customer has to pay a shipping charge, as per actuals, if the given shipping address was incorrect or unattended at the time of delivery.
  • We, Thermal Roll Warehouse, are not responsible for any shipping delays originating from the Courier Companies. Customer can opt for a drop point if they are unavailable to collect the delivery.
  • Shipping fees paid to Ink and Rolls are non-refundable.
  • If any of the ordered items is out of stock, Thermal Roll Warehouse will send an e-mail or call the customer within a day to provide the customer with an estimated delivery date for when the stock will be available next as well as the option of receiving a full refund. We apologize in advance for any such inconvenience caused.
  • As a policy, Australia Post does not carry bulky items/ over 5kg to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect or Parcel Lockers. We, therefore, need a physical address for the delivery and name and signature as proof of delivery.
  • We are happy to accept ATL (Authority To Leave) instructions for leaving the parcel without a signature. Ink and Rolls will not be responsible if your parcel gets lost or stolen after delivery is done basis ATL instructions.
